What You Need
Keep the acknowledgement you received after placing the order. It contains the Service Request Number (SRN), which UIDAI uses to identify your PVC card request.
Steps to Check PVC Card Status
- Visit the official myAadhaar portal.
- Open the Aadhaar PVC card order status service.
- Enter the SRN and other details requested on the page.
- Complete the verification shown on the screen and submit.
- Read the latest status displayed by UIDAI.
How to Track Delivery After Dispatch
Once UIDAI dispatches the card, the India Post consignment or AWB number can be used to track the shipment. Open the India Post website and use its Track 'N' Trace service.
Keep your details private. Do not share your Aadhaar number, OTP or SRN with unknown people. AadharHelp cannot access an individual order or check its status on your behalf.
